Refund Policy

BUTLER TREE FARM LLC strives to provide professional industrial equipment and manufacturing solutions. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom Equipment Orders
Custom-built machinery and engineered systems are generally non-refundable once production has commenced. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review all specifications, drawings, and proposals prior to authorizing production.
2. Deposits
Project deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties. Deposit terms will be outlined in each project proposal.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation requests received after project initiation may be subject to charges covering engineering, production, administrative, and material costs already incurred at the time of cancellation.
4. Equipment Acceptance
Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and approving all equipment specifications, drawings, and performance parameters before authorizing production. Approval constitutes acceptance of the specified design.
5. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims will be evaluated separately under the applicable warranty agreement provided at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage does not constitute a refund entitlement.
6. Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved by Butler Tree Farm LLC in writing, the refund will be processed using the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary.
7. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in collection efforts, suspension of future services, and potential legal action. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.
8. Policy Updates
Butler Tree Farm LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy without prior notice. The most current version will be available on this website.
